Trip Curation
& Travel Bookings
We take care of it all for you. Whether you’re looking for a high-end, luxury retreat or a unique, off-grid adventure, we take the time to learn all of the details of your individual needs and wishes, and book you the trip of your dreams. From accommodations to activities to restaurants, we carefully assemble a tailor-made experience that feeds your interests and intentions.

You'll start with an hour-long, in-depth phone consultation with one of our travel experts to discuss the details of what you're looking for in a trip. From food preferences to accommodation style to activities and intentions, we take the time to listen to your wants and needs.
From there, we create a trip proposal for you to review. We suggest an itinerary outline to give your journey a flow that supports your intentions and interests. We talk it through and make sure it checks all your boxes.
Includes personalized bookings for:
Accommodations
Local attractions and activities
Local tours
Private driver or instructions to access local transportation
Coordinated transport between destinations (local flights, car rental, trains etc)
Restaurant recommendations
Up to two personalized service bookings curated to your taste eg. restaurant reservation, in-home massage booking, private guided tour based on your interests, etc.
Access to your GS trip curator and coordinator during your trip via the GS App - we will always get back to you within 1 business day.

Please contact us for a personalized quote. Pricing starts at $500 non-refundable retainer plus 20% commission on all bookings.*
*$3000 minimum commission per trip including the $750 retainer fee. 20% commission applies to trips with a minimum budget (excluding flights and booking services) of $10,000 per week for up to 2 people, with a maximum of 3 locations within each week. Lower weekly per person budgets may be possible for larger groups or simple trips. Commission rate may increase for last minute bookings (under 3 months before departure), or complicated itineraries.

We create exclusive, hard-to-find experiences tailored specifically to your taste. Our focus is on connecting you with trusted, amazing people to bring your trip to life. Whether it's planning you a home-cooked dinner in a french chateau with a local winemaker, connecting you with language coaches or dance teachers, bringing in private chefs or nannies, you dream it and we make it happen.

During your trip we coordinate all aspects of your itinerary.

We also offer destination event production for proposals, birthdays, and other celebrations.

As much as you want! This service is fully customizable. Trips for groups of 8 or more include two guides who accompany you for the duration of the trip to ensure everything goes smoothly and you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Trip Consulting
Trip consultation services are perfect for those looking for personalized travel guidance but are self-sufficient travelers with the time to book their trip themselves. Our consultation service offers you a leg-up to get you started on your booking. We offer general recommendations on good areas to stay and eat, and our professional advice on creating a smooth trip schedule with a realistic flow that supports your interests and needs.

After completing a detailed questionnaire, you'll have an hour-long hour phone consultation with one of our travel experts to discuss your wants and wishes, trip layout, and all the details.
Within 10 business days, you'll have a second call us, and we'll talk through our suggestions for you, which will also be detailed in a written outline including:itinerary suggestions - guidelines of a good flow for your trip based on your destinations and interests. GS will create a loose schedule with recommended stays in each place.
